Born on December 2, 1981 at Cape Town South Africa Lesley-Ann Brandt is an actress and model well known for her appearances in both TV shows and films. Beginning her acting career in The New Zealand sitcom Diplomatic Immunity Brandt's American debut came through her subsequent role of Naevia in the drama of the same name, Spartacus: Blood and Sand. Over the past decade, the actress has appeared in several TV shows such as Spartacus: Gods of the Arena CSI: NY Single Ladies as well as The Librarians. Brandt is the character Mazikeen in the urban fantasy show Lucifer with Tom Ellis Lauren German Kevin Alejandro. Brandt was raised in Cape Town, South Africa. Her move to Auckland with her family when she was in her late teens. Her career began as a model in print and commercial ads. Before becoming a famous model, Brandt worked as an employee of a salesperson in retail and an expert in recruitment for the information technology industry.
